Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a clear and effective process landscape to ensure continuity and quality in business operations.
Ensure the quality and transparency of process documentation, making it accessible to all involved parties.
Guide managers and employees in setting up and optimizing process management through training and knowledge exchange.
Conduct audits and reports on process maturity, initiating improvements where necessary.
Contribute to management reports to the Management Team (MT) on process-related KPIs from the annual plan of the ICT directorate.
Job Requirements:

Experience: Relevant work experience in business operations, preferably within a large or complex organization.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with business process management.
- Ability to connect, advise, and inspire.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to planning, organizing, and continuous improvement of processes and services.
