- Certify payment authority and processing of a high volume of private bar invoices;
- Manage receivables, including chargebacks to government;
- Manage the lien database including timely provision of pay-out amounts;
- Manage the control recovery system for Corporate Services;
- Regular and ad hoc financial analysis and preparation of materials for the Board of Directors;
- Assist with yearly audit;
- Bank Reconciliation;
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned.

The New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission (NBLASC) is seeking an individual to join the Corporate Services Branch in Fredericton as a Financial Analyst on a temporary basis.

The Corporate Services Branch provides leadership in the planning, development and implementation of a full range of financial, and administrative strategies, policies and services. The Branch is also responsible for statistical reporting, accounts payable processing and record keeping.
