Relevant College degree
Relevant Experience: 0-2 Yrs (incl. co-op)

Required Knowledge & Skills
- Canadian technical College degree or experience in parts assembly is strongly preferred
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and follow work instructions
- Use common tools, such as a drill and a soldering iron
- Ability to handle and lift solar panels or other heavy components (up to 25 kg)
- Use of spreadsheet and word processing software
- Learns quickly and can adapt to a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work well both independently, and in collaboration with the team
- Dexterity in both hands for operating tools, cutting materials, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
- Keeps tools and equipment organized
Good to Have
- Familiarity working with wood, aluminum, and steel a valuable asset
- Machine shop experience
- Hands on individual
- Scripting or programming languages (e.g. C#, python)
- Familiarity with the installation and function of photovoltaic panels
- Experience with solar panel production
- You are encouraged to list any extracurricular projects you feel are relevant
