- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Assisting Chef and culinary team with light preparation duties in the kitchen
- Restock clean dishes, flatware and trays
- Replenish condiments and food items in the salad bar
- Sweep and mop floors
- Unpack supplies and store items accordingly
- Perform duties such as scraping, stacking, and moving dishes to the dishwashing station
- Report any colleague comments or concerns, to ensure the interest of better guest satisfaction
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
- Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned
- Self‐motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
- Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, reaching and carrying
