Smitty's Family Restaurants in Spruce Grove is hiring a Restaurant/Lounge Supervisor for their store.

This location has a full service restaurant as well as a lounge with VLT's.

1 Year of Restaurant Supervisory experience
Extensive lounge / VLT experience

Must provide a current police clearance

Job responsibilities:

Training and development of staff members
Able and willing to work in all areas of the restaurant & lounge
Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
Responsible for cash management
Oversee and respond to customer concerns
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.
