Responsibilities

  • Ensures a constant support to the business partners and the labour relations consultants in the various spheres of Human Resources management;
  • Coordinates all the necessary followups related to the team activities including but not limited to litigation files and the preparation of investigative and grievance related files;
  • Accompany managers on front line files while constantly monitoring the status of the files;
  • Collaborates on various optimization and tool development projects for the team and managers;
  • Takes on the responsibility for all followups arising from deadlines, committees and documentation for various management files;
  • Provides support to the Human Resources Director as needed;
  • Participate in the various projects within the Human Resources team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or Human Resources;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience related to a position in a unionized environment (an asset);
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Teamwork and collaborative approach;
  • Strong focus on constant collaboration in a partnership context;
  • Rigorous and results oriented;
  • Ability to handle several files at the same time;
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written) *A written French test will be administered as part of the recruitment process;
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office software.
