Front Desk Administrator
Administrative Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients
- Pick up and deliver mail from/to mail box
- Open, date stamp and deliver all incoming mail
- Send and receive courier packages, including daily outgoing mail
- Word processing formatting specs, reports, letters, and meeting minutes for Technical Group & Marketing Meetings
- Coordinate air ticket and hotel accommodation for employee travel
- Ordering and distributing office supplies and snacks
- Ensure reception and common areas are kept tidy and stocked for clients and staff
- Provide support to the Manager, Marketing and Media Relations (proposal formatting, marketing material mail outs, mail lists, etc.)
- Provide support to the accounting team (expense report review and accounts payable support)
- Coordinating company events as part of the social committee
- Provide administrative support to all employees as required
- Filing
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years previous office experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Intermediate knowledge of the O365 suite
- Typing speed of 50 wpm+
- Excellent telephone manner with outgoing personality and enjoys client contact
- Business Administration or Office Administration education would be an asset

Salary:
$45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
