Description

Key Responsibility:

Troubleshoot mechanical problems on rotating equipment and process.

  • Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
  • Repair and Refurbishment of valves, actuators and other mechanical equipment as required.
  • Perform miscellaneous maintenance activities.
  • Perform welding as needed
  • Other maintenance related duties.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements
Journeyman Millwright Certificate with 5 years of related experience in an industrial plant (Red Seal
preferred).

  • Previous experience in maintaining and repairing cryogenic pumps, valves, heat exchangers,
expanders, boiler feed water pumps, boilers and hydraulic systems.

  • Previous experience in maintaining and repairing centrifugal and reciprocating industrial compressors.
  • Good knowledge in alignment of industrial equipment.
  • Ability to read mechanical blueprint and drawings.
  • Ability to use precision measurement tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic office and computer skills.
  • Good working knowledge of English: Written and Spoken.
  • Availability after hours as required

Salary:
$44.00-$44.65 per hour

Experience:
