Position


As a Bus Driver at A Few Good Lads LTD, you will play a crucial role in transporting our skilled workers from Tsawwassen to Delta and back on a daily basis.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving and criminal record.

Wage Range
- $28/h-$33/h (minimum 4 hours per day)


Responsibilities:


  • Safely operate a 52seater bus in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Transport construction workers from Tsawwassen to Delta and return, adhering to assigned schedules.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey, providing assistance with boarding and luggage as needed.
  • Conduct thorough pretrip and posttrip inspections of the bus, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, fares collected, and any incidents that occur during transit.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and project managers to coordinate transportation schedules and address any operational concerns.
  • Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while representing A Few Good Lads LTD to our clients and employees.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and vehicle maintenance guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bus driver, preferably with experience driving large vehicles such as 52seater buses.
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, with a commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
  • Clear driving & criminal record
