Sales Specialist (Business Development)


We expanding in Moncton, NB and Halifax, NS are looking for multiple Sales Specialists (Business Development) to help spread the word about who we are, what we do and to onboard new users.

Responsibilities Include
Reporting to and working closely with the company Founders, there will be numerous activities with the primary focus of onboarding Employers and Job Seekers, including:

  • Manage the sales funnel to generate new customers and identify partnership opportunities through cold calling and outbound campaigns.
  • Onboarding Employers and Job Seekers.
  • Design sales and marketing materials to support our campaigns.
  • Undertaking customer marketing and sales presentations to explain the concept and provide onboarding support to new users.
  • Develop and maintain our organic and paid social media presence, including design, copywriting, and automation (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Conduct market research to identify business and growth opportunities.
  • Work with the development team on postsales troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and customization as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in a Business to Business sales role is a strong asset.
  • Prior experience in Retail, Foodservice or Hospitality is a strong asset.
  • An established network of Retail, Foodservice and/or Hospitality contacts is a strong asset.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and sales skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding a prospect's needs and managing and building multiple prospect relationships.
  • Be familiar with digital / social media marketing and graphic design.
  • Have working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
  • Resultsoriented and goalfocused with the ability to prioritize multiple activities and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Genuine desire to help people and disrupt the market.
  • Canadian citizen and a graduate of a postsecondary institute

From $40,000.00 per year
