Job summary

This is an important role to all RBC business platforms and offers a variable compensation plan. You will manage existing Sponsor relationships and refer clients to the other RBC channels to ensure they benefit from a full range of solutions.

You will act as integrator and champion of Group Advantage products within market sales teams (e.g. Career Sales Force, Branch teams, Regional Vice President).

Conduct an Annual Review with the Sponsors to ensure their current program aligns with their unique needs and future goals and documents the changes.
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends, regulations and competitive environment to ensure clients are receiving advice tailored to their needs.
  • Build and cultivate a strong network of internal partners across Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management.
