Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Repair or replace faulty components, including belts, gears, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and minimize downtime
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed
- Conduct safety checks after repairs to verify proper functioning
Skills
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role involving machinery maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., ASE certification) are preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.42-$48.03 per hour
