Description
Foster relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Liaison between client and production teams to ensure programs are on brand and meet expectations.
  • Ensure clear communication with team member on status and potential roadblocks or situations impacting the account to ensure flawless execution on all program deliverables; includes daily communication with plant CSR teams regarding any service or supply requirements.
  • Ongoing competitive intelligence sharing with management and team
  • Ensure all projects and trials are quoted, billed, and delivered on time according to requirements for both internal and external client groups.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer businesses, specifications, and client initiatives and share expertise as required with internal team.
  • Manages flow of information from customer for all trial and product launches. Prepares all appropriate briefing documents (creative briefs and contact reports) as well as any information needed regarding trials.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge of flexible packaging solutions and sales techniques.
  • Ensure adherence of customer programs like VMI and Supplier Owned Inventory programs through maintaining a clear understanding of weekly VMI process including output reports for order requirements, order rationalization, order requirements for product launches, VMI status updates (using customer project master), and MOQ analysis.
  • Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.

When your expertise drives us.

  • BA/BS Degree with emphasis on business, marketing, packaging, chemistry or engineering
  • 35 years' successful selling experience, including selling to large multinational customers, preferred.
  • Established track record of business development success, ideally in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with barrier films, flexible packaging, and the packaging industry in general is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a crossfunctional team in a matrix environment.
  • Ideally, selling experience in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Highly organized, strong management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the success of the greater team
  • Bilingual (French / English)
