    We are seeking a Dining Establishment Manager to join our team at A and B Ventures Ltd.

    About the Role:

    ">

    This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

    ">

    The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. They will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and preparing budget and cost estimates.

    ">

    Key Responsibilities:

    ">

    - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

    ">

    - Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

    ">

    - Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

    ">

    - Prepare budget and cost estimates

    ">

    - Address customers' complaints or concerns

    ">

    - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

    ">

    - Prepare and submit reports

    ">

    Requirements:

    ">

    To be successful in this role, you will require a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a client-focused approach.
