Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
Perform minor repairs on furniture, fixtures, and equipment as necessary.
Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, including moving furniture and equipment.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts, and report needs to management.
Ensure all work areas and tools are kept safe, clean, and organized.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, etc.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
