Willing to train the right person. Must be able to work in Sylvan Lake.Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Type, format, and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and files efficiently
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$16.00-$24.00 per hour
