Duties:


  • Provide administrative support to the executive team
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Type, format, and proofread various documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Skills:


  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
  • Experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and files efficiently
  • Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$16.00-$24.00 per hour
