CSN Golden Triangle Collision is a respected auto repair company that has been in business for over 50 years with 6 locations in the Waterloo Region and Guelph.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Kitchener team.


The Customer Service Associate responds to all incoming calls, greets and directs visitors and answers inquiries in a positive and professional manner.

If you're someone that likes variety in your work and meeting a lot of different people this role may be for you


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Above average interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience in the customer service.
  • Customer focused. Enjoys working with a variety of different people and working through various scenarios with them.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
