Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Advisor at Kipling Tire, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their tire-related needs.

You will be responsible for providing product recommendations, scheduling appointments, handling service and product quotes, ensuring accurate billing, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Consultation:

Advise customers on the features and benefits of specific tire models, helping them make informed decisions that suit their needs.


Recommendations:
Develop appropriate tire recommendations based on customer requirements and vehicle specifications.

Service Quoting:
Provide accurate quotes for tire services and products, ensuring transparency in pricing.

Invoicing and Cash-Out:
Handle invoicing and cash-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Customer Follow-Ups:
Maintain strong customer relationships by following up on service satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for tire services and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion.

Parts Ordering:
Order or assist customers in ordering parts as required, ensuring availability and compatibility.

Billing Accuracy:
Ensure that products and services are billed accurately, resolving any discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two Years Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in tire services or a similar automotive environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Outstanding professional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Team Player Attitude: An enthusiastic and teamoriented attitude, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.
  • Quick Learner: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and customer needs.
  • Stress Management: Skill in handling stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Salary:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
