PAL is currently seeking qualified applicants for a
Security Administrator role to be located at our head office in
St. John's, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of the Senior Corporate Security Manager/CSO
  • Assist administratively with security processes required to ensure and maintain compliance with multiple government programs
  • Perform office tasks such as filing, information updates, generating reports, presentations, follow up and general data entry
  • Must be task orientated and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Graduation from a postsecondary program in Office/Business Administration
  • Familiar with MS Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment, meet deadlines, manage competing priorities according to changing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience with access systems and government security programs would be considered an asset.
