We're seeking a
Full-Time, Permanent Operations Manager to support our growing team This role will be positioned in
Mainland BC as a remote opportunity with the ability to travel frequently to our hearing centres across the province.

What you will do:


  • Create & maintain Standard Operating Procedures by assisting in ensuring best practices are adhered to at centre level. This includes, but is not limited to, schedule management, patient recall process, patient database and files, etc.
  • Determine potential risks to business and escalate as required
  • Provide operations support for companywide initiatives such as new product launches, toolkit additions, pricing updates etc.
  • Understand industry changes and implications to centre operations
  • Provide regular updates on key performance indicator (KPI) trends and results of initiatives/projects
  • Document centre needs and risk analysis to support project management in executing successful clinic relocations, buildouts and closures
  • Support successful integrations for acquisitions, as required
  • Maintain constant communication with centre staff and managers to understand opportunities
  • Lead, motivate, and support team on new initiatives/projects

What we are looking for:


  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers and other stakeholders
  • Superior oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, management, suppliers, customers, etc.)
  • 5+ years' experience managing people and operations (within a healthcare/retail setting would be considered a strong asset)
  • Demonstrable experience guiding direct and indirect reports through change management
  • Keen attentiontodetail for time management and organization skills
  • Ability to interpret financial statements, operations reports, retail KPIs, etc.
  • Can work independently and identify priorities
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Ontario and occasionally throughout Canada as required
