Description
We are a busy Chiropractic & Massage clinic (Willowbrook Chiropractic) established in the community for over 30 years, looking for a people loving, multitasking full time Receptionist / Office Manager to join our team, 30-40 hours per week.
You will be joining a professional, friendly team who really care about providing the best service for our patients.People love coming to our office, and our kind and friendly front end staff are an important part of that experience.
We are located right across from the Willowbrook Mall.- Customer Service: Welcoming patients to the office, answering phones, booking and billing for appointments.
- Assisting our practitioners: Smooth flow of patients in/out of rooms, medical correspondence, tracking referrals and treatment plans.
- Caring for the office: Light cleaning, supply ordering, office organization.
Bonus skills:
- Availability to cover additional shifts when needed.
- Experience with patient management programs, particularly JaneApp.
- Medical and/or healthcare language experience.
- Great online/computer skills.
- Well connected in the Langley/Cloverdale/Clayton community.
