We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Installer.

This is a critical role within Brooks Corning; our installation teams place and build our furniture products, contributing to the successful completion of installation projects.

Our Lead Installers oversee the installation process and directs the installation team and provide training to junior installers.

They act as a representative of Brooks Corning at client sites and ensures that installations are carried out in a professional, safe, and timely manner.


Success Factors:

  • Experience as lead installer and at least five years experience in the office furniture industry.
  • Can read and understand drawings, elevations, and product specifications.
  • Strength and stamina require to lift, push, pull and move heavy boxes and equipment repetitively.
  • Capable of adapting to varying project/field conditions.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Leadership skills.

Deliverables:

  • Installs office furniture products either independently or with a team.
  • Executes all field work including deliveries, installations, relocations, reconfigurations, and technical service or repair.
  • Participates in all aspects of the manual labour required for successful completion of small to large installation projects.
  • Ensures that installations are carried out in a professional, safe, and timely manner.
  • Supports the Driver with loading, delivering, and unloading product as needed.
  • Communicates task status and problems to appointed Lead Hand / PM.

Salary:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour
