    Job Description

    The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast to the highest standards at a Horizon North camp facility.

    1. Prepare breakfast for up to 70 clients daily
    2. Create menus that meet client requirements including special dietary needs
    3. Maintain proper equipment operation, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen/li>Clean equipment regularly/lidates baked goods according to production schedule/li/>Comply with food hygiene regulations in accordance with Food Safety Act/li>/ol>
