Position Description
We're looking for a collaborative and goal-oriented individual with experience communicating with prospective clients.

The Leads Specialist thrives on challenging workloads that directly affect the lives of our clients by helping them start our debt reduction and credit-building programs.

Paired with your strong sales skills, you will be responsible for:

• Making phone calls per day to prospective clients via our internet phone system.
• Prescreening prospective clients and inviting them to learn about their debt options.
• Inputting prospect data into our computer database and Customer Relationship Management System.
• Scheduling meetings for our client advisors.
• Following up with prospective clients after initial meetings with client advisors.
• Providing feedback on our advertising and marketing results/quality to management.
• Prioritizing workload to ensure timely communication with prospects and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum grade 12 education is required. A business diploma or degree is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer service and sales experience is required.
• Call center experience in a bank or financial institution is strongly preferred.
• Passionate about building relationships with potential clients.
• Excellent and tactful communicator in speech, writing, and through technology.
• Extremely comfortable with technology and computers with good to expert skills.
• High to extreme attention to detail.
