We are recruiting for an Office Clerk to join our Toronto Team (part time contract)

Who are you?

As the Office Clerk you will be responsible for scanning documents as per our retention policy. This will include preparing documents for scanning, scanning of documents, and cataloguing the documents as per the departmental guidelines.

This is a role for someone who is organized and detail oriented.

What will you be doing?

  • Document Prepping: Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, sticky notes so documents are ready to be fed through scanner
  • Scan documents including doublesided pages and save in digital format and save to the appropriate digital folder
  • Ensure quality of scanned documents for legibility and completion
  • Indexing the pages as per the departmental requirements
  • Create custom and meaningful digital folder structure
Do you have the following qualification and competencies?

  • High School diploma or equivalent or postsecondary education an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously
