Passero is hiring a full time line cook.
We are looking for a highly motivated cook with
4-5 years experience minimum to join our team We are looking for a
full time employee only and must have experience cooking on a busy line.
DUTIES
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist with food preparation and help maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Ensure that all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and freshness
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in our restaurant's success by ensuring that our guests receive delicious meals prepared with care.
