Duffy's Tavern is hiring for the full time position of Working Manager.

We are looking for a hard working, mature and dedicated individual with a positive and friendly attitude to join our team at our busy and newly renovated Bloor Street location.

Applicants must be punctual and great team players


Job Requirements:
- responsible for all aspects of the restaurant/bar operations.
- maximizing long term profitability, moral and employment standards.
- extensive knowledge of FOH and BOH.
- must understand and have the ability to manage financial parameters and controls for all areas of the restaurant/bar.
- be able to delegate, follow up, train and lead others.
- have a high level of organizational and communicative skills.
- be able to self motivate, maintain a sense of urgency and keep momentum (of all aspects of the business).
- must have a valid driver's license.
- be committed to guest satisfaction, quality and improvement and have the ability to consistently achieve results.

Minimum five years restaurant management experience required.
