POSITION OVERVIEW
BDC is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for the Chief Financial Officer's group, which incorporates the Finance, Procurement and Real Estate & Facilities Management teams.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Support the CFO and VP & Lead as well as the teams reporting to the CFO with administrative tasks, including the management of multiple calendars, assist in the onboarding of new employees, making requests related to access rights and computer services, managing supplies, travel arrangements and mail
Prepare agenda and ensure follow up on action items for CFO leadership meetings, Finance Leaders meeting, and other management meetings deem adequate
Ensure thorough follow-up for invoice processing and expense account management
Assist in processing contracts
Prioritize conflicting needs, process files/requests quickly and proactively, and follow them through to completion, often with time constraints
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the team and internal departments
Be an active participant with regards to SMC requests and fellow EAs.
Develop and maintain liaison with external parties to ensure coordination of information and for various projects
Perform any other duties related to the nature of your position
Process various confidential data, such as reports, documentation, and correspondence
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
College diploma in office or business administration
5 years' experience in an administrative support role to senior management
Strong coordination skills, including the ability to organize work and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and writing skills in both French and English
Good knowledge of software - Word / Excel / PowerPoint
