Part-Time, Online, Instructor-led _
Automotive Service Operations Instructor_ to join our Private Career College.
The Service Operations Specialist program combines the
Automotive Service Consultant, Auto Body Collision Estimator and Parts & Warehousing programs to provide a complete automotive service education for student's looking for advancement opportunities in the industry.
More specifically it provides a wide angle view of dealer/store operations and management procedures within a dealership, a repair facility, a body shop or a retail parts store.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Auto Service/Fixed Operations in a dealership environment.
- Experience using the following software programs: ClassMarker, Michell Cloud, Audatex, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting learning environment.
- Detailoriented and hardworking.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problemsolving and presentation skills are a must.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tests and evaluates achievement of students in technical knowledge and trade skills using a variety of assessment and evaluation strategies at specified intervals throughout the program.
- Prepares, submits and maintains records for student attendance, evaluations, report cards, discipline records, and documents required.
- Applies appropriate consequences for inappropriate student behavior; keeps immediate supervisor wellinformed of activities, results of efforts, identify student challenges and recommends corrective actions to Campus Director.
- Assist in preparing students for Practicum sites with referrals to repair shops, dealerships, collision centre's, parts warehousing locations, etc.

From $30.00 per hour
