RESIDENTIAL CONCIERGE
We are currently looking for a Part-Time, Full-Time and On-Call Concierge for our building in Downtown
Victoria, BC.


Job Description:


As a Concierge, you are responsible for being the primary contact and source of information and services for residents and their guest.

You are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and friendly environment for owners and residents and doing the utmost to ensure they are provided with a high standard of customer service.

The concierge role is to occupy the concierge desk, engage with residents regarding their needs, and monitor the security of the building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all residents.
  • Respond to residents' queries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Receive and deliver parcels as required.
  • Conduct access control.
  • Establish and maintain confidential communication with residents, the strata and property management.
  • Assist with various administrative and customer service tasks such as facilitate moves, arrange dry cleaning, and book reservations.
  • Monitor security cameras and perform routine inspections of the property (interior/exterior).
  • Ensure the cleanliness of common areas of the buildings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a residential building is an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral command of the English language.
  • Professional and punctual demeanor as well as always having a wellgroomed appearance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in problemsolving and conflict resolution.
  • Willing and able to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Must currently have the legal right to work in Canada for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Demonstrate the ability to hold a position of trust and prove that no criminal convictions exist in
Canada or abroad. Background checks will be conducted on any recruits.


Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Other:
Must be willing to provide references on request.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$27.50-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability
