- Executes all design needs for both Corporate & Clinic marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and creative visual content for various marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics.
- Design and produce print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc., that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Create visually compelling presentations and sales collateral for internal and external use.
- Logo and rebrand experience are an asset.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our designs remain fresh, innovative, and competitive.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations and deadlines.
- Assists in the development of a monthly social media content calendar.
- Assists in maintaining the digital asset management system to organize and archive all design files, ensuring easy access for future use.
- Comply with all policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team.

- Certificate or Diploma in relevant design training.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is an asset.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with social media and/or tools is required.
- Complete fluency in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
- Experience with the Canva design platform is required.
- Experience with Mail Chimp email marketing is an asset.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant marketing and social media tools.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is an asset.
- Ability to work autonomously, with little direct management.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Specialist to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing the successful candidate will be primarily assist and execute various design requirements for marketing activities, campaigns and initiatives in both Corporate and Dental Practice marketing.
This role will be based from our Head Office in Montreal, Quebec. This is an on-site position.
Job Overview:
This position assists the Manager, Marketing with the execution of various design requirements for marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives in both Corporate and Dental Practice marketing. The Graphic Design Specialist supports the development of engaging and creative visual content for various print and digital marketing campaigns for corporate and clinic marketing needs. In addition, the role is also responsible for upholding the brand standards of 123Dentist, 123Dentiste, Groupe Lapointe, and our clinic brands. The Graphic Design Specialist supports the growth and success of our corporate objectives as a social media champion and ambassador for the 123Dentist brand. This position requires complete fluency in both French and English to ensure quality control of written content included in graphic designs.
