What you will do:


  • Matching invoices to PO's.
  • Coding and entering supplier invoices into ERP system.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Process payments by check and wire transfers while maintaining payment terms.
  • Conduct reconciliations of supplier statements.
  • Contribute to month's end process.
  • Participate in the full accounts payable cycle.

The ideal profile:


  • Bilingual, English with fonctionnal French.
  • College Degree in accounting, or relevant experience.
  • Two (2) years' experience in a related field.
  • Experience with an ERP system.
  • Strong interpersonnal and customer service skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
