Records Management
Officer to join our team at
Prima Corp.

Ventures

Reporting to:
Asset Manager

Job Type:
Full time 1-2 months contract with possible extension based on business needs

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30 pm PST

Address:
Suite Quayside Drive New Westminster, BC, V3M 6G2

Pay:
$20-25 per Hour (negotiable based on experience)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Archiving, cataloguing, sorting, labeling and creating brief summary of files/books
Managing storage and retrieval of all onsite and offsite files.
Maintaining records database, and conducting searches as required.
Producing labels for physical files.
Utilizing companyapproved standards to close files.

To be successful in the Records Management Officer position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in file management.
Towards completion or completion of a postsecondary degree in Records and Information Management, Business, Commerce or Finance.
Strong attention to detail and accurate
Solid organizational and taskoriented skills
Able to deal professionally with private and confidential information.
