Reporting to the HR Operations Leader, the HCM System Specialist will play a key role in optimizing all aspects of our HCM and helping our users to get the most out of our systems and processes.

The HCM System Specialist will support clients across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Support configuration and optimization of UKG Pro modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Learning, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Compensation, Performance, and HR Service Delivery.
  • Configure reports and dashboards to facilitate management decision making.
  • Manage HCM systems access permissions to ensure privacy and enable functionality.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to UKG users.
  • Identify and recommend ways to improve the system capabilities and user experience.
  • Maintain business process configuration and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the UKG HCM system, including installation, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Education

  • Degree or diploma in Business Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years handson HCM or relevant systems experience. Experience with UKG Pro is an asset.
  • Prior experience with Cognos Analytics is an asset.

Abilities

  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform formulas and functions such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • History of setting and achieving goals with aggressive timelines.
