A master's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative discipline such as bioinformatics, biotechnology, computational biology, computer science, or a related field is required.

  • Proficiency in GNU/Linux.
  • Proficiency with git version control.
  • Proficiency with Docker containers.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems, and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with web development and how to interact with REST interfaces.
  • Familiarity with highperformance computing environments.

Job Types:

Pay:
$38.05-$68.06 per hour
