BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - INSURANCE

Use your technical, analytical and problem-solving expertise to support business decisions.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Supporting in the planning and defining the project scope maintaining that approach and deliverables align within the overall context of the project
Working effectively with various stakeholders to gather requirements for projects
Focusing on drafting clear, concise requirements documentation inclusive of business, project management, and delivery requirements
Developing comprehensible and succinct testing strategies and test scripts, gaining appropriate signoff as needed
Acting as EPMO ambassador and Champion of Change to/for nonproject managers/ Business Analysts in the organization to help build favourable project processes for all projects
Understanding the needs and requirements of the business to deliver services that meet the customer requirements

The Value you bring

CBAP Designation required
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in a similar role
University degree/diploma in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating constructive, wellarticulated problem resolution and facilitation skills
Excellent documentation skills.
