BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - INSURANCE
Use your technical, analytical and problem-solving expertise to support business decisions.
Here is what a typical day looks like
- Supporting in the planning and defining the project scope maintaining that approach and deliverables align within the overall context of the project
- Working effectively with various stakeholders to gather requirements for projects
- Focusing on drafting clear, concise requirements documentation inclusive of business, project management, and delivery requirements
- Developing comprehensible and succinct testing strategies and test scripts, gaining appropriate signoff as needed
- Acting as EPMO ambassador and Champion of Change to/for nonproject managers/ Business Analysts in the organization to help build favourable project processes for all projects
- Understanding the needs and requirements of the business to deliver services that meet the customer requirements
The Value you bring
- CBAP Designation required
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in a similar role
- University degree/diploma in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating constructive, wellarticulated problem resolution and facilitation skills
- Excellent documentation skills.
