The Opportunity

Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC), one of Canada's leading conservation organizations, is looking for a creative, self-motivated and results-oriented Manager, Digital Strategy.

This position will have the flexibility to work in a home office or in any of the DUC provincial offices across Canada.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, the Manager Digital Strategy is a critical part of the marketing leadership team - overseeing lead generation, digital experience, ecommerce, database marketing and analytics.

They are a strategic leader with strong technical skills, a passion for supporter experience, an aptitude for problem solving, and a talent for translating data into actionable insights.

Overseeing all digital touchpoints as well as the search and lead generation advertising budget, the Manager Digital Strategy collaborates with stakeholders around the business on priority initiatives to maximize the return on investment or objective.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution with proven management skills leading and developing a team
Postsecondary education in Marketing or Communications is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including audience segmentation, user experience mapping and customer journey
Experience developing and managing a departmental budget to support organizational objectives
Demonstrated track record of success in crossfunctional collaboration
Commercially minded, highly analytical individual with experience onboarding and optimizing digital marketing platforms
Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset but not required
Comfortable leading projects and campaigns in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Salary Range:
$95,000 - $118,700, commensurate with experience and qualifications
