_We are currently looking for a creative, motivated and customer-service oriented individual to join our Marketing team located at 7550 Tranmere Drive, Mississauga, ON.

Summary:

As part of the Marketing team, is responsible for administering the Customer Portal and executing web development projects, as well as digital, search and social media programs.

Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver a variety of marketing initiatives to help enhance the Company's brands while also expanding and improving the Company's online presence.

The Opportunity:

• Design and execute marketing programs, strategies, and creative assets, to utilize across our various platforms.

Including but not limited to:
Events, print flyers, website content, comprehensive social media campaigns, social media content strategies, etc.)

• Create reports on a recurring basis relating to the efficacy of creative assets, website performance and established KPI's (i.e. conversion rates, etc.).
• Works simultaneously with the rest of the Marketing Department to create and report on marketingrelated invoices and financial spending.
• Act as the primary content/webpage creator and problemsolver for everything clientportal (website) related.

Including but not limited to:

• Maintain current website pages and ensure proper functionality,
• Develop efficient and/or aesthetic solutions to improve current web pages and processes. Collaborate with Groupe Deschênes' website team to make any improvements they see fit, and
• Respond to customer website inquiries to implement effective solutions; educate customers on available website features and how to utilize them.
• Help manage, execute, and design content for, and report on a variety of branchlevel, internal, and external events for the Company.

Including but not limited to:
Creation of promotional assets and/or items, financial reports, inviting vendors, etc.)

• Request quotes from multiple promotional item suppliers and work with them on the designing and logistics of all our promotional item needs for general and/or event usage.
• Ensure proper dissemination of promotional items to individual branches and salespeople for all their needs, and assist with their promotional item requests as needed.
• Support the macro daytoday objectives of the Marketing Department. Ensure all deadlines are met and all work is up to Company standards, while following brand guidelines.
• Maintain communication with various departments to work towards common goals.
• Execute all other duties required by the position or asked by the immediate supervisor.

What You Offer:

• Post-Secondary education in a Marketing program
• Minimum 34 Years' experience in a professional Marketingrelated role
• Previous experience maintaining website pages on the backend via WordPress (or other Modules)
• Previous experience with the design and execution of marketing projects in their entirety, with mínimal supervision
• Proficient in graphic design; very confident with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Salesforce's website builder, preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Exceptional organization skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Highly creative aptitude, able to take a sales objective/product and design creative content for various channels
• The drive to go beyond regular outlined tasks to ensure project/objective completion
• Event planning and management experience, an asset
