    This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree

    Internship date: May to August

    The role we offer you:

    By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to perform the usual technical tasks on-site, externally or in the laboratory. Receive training on the different stages of technical work to be done in the laboratory, in the office, in the factory and externally.

    The ideal candidate we are looking for has:

    • Experience with desktop and laptop computers; setting up and providing end user support.
    • Experience supporting audio/visual equipment, printers and Xerox equipment is an asset.
    • Comfortable serving and helping customers needing IT support/services.
    • Is flexible and able to pivot according to business needs.
    • Enjoys working in a team environment.

    Desired education:

    • In the process of obtaining post secondary education in the field of Information Technology or any other related field with at least 1 year of successfully complete education.

    The location of the internship is at 15 Wing Airforce Base Moose Jaw, Saskatechwan with the CAE Military Aviation Training program.

    The internship will be carried out on site – this is not a remote or work from home position.

    *All applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada and comply with the requirements of the Canada Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within one week of mailing. They will also need to provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students holding a work permit will be required to provide a copy of the work permit and a certificate of good conduct from the country(ies) where they have resided in the last 5 years.

    *Please note that if you hold a study, work or international student permit, security screening times may take a minimum of 12 weeks.
