Front Desk Agent


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
  • Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently and accurately
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
From $23.69 per hour

  • Whistler, BC V8E 1B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Shift availability:
