Description

Work with sales and sales operations to complete all product access requests for creating trials, trial access, FTP setup or extending current access in accordance with company policies.


  • Manage and resolve complex projects. Assist in implementing processes in support of enterprisewide sales initiative.
  • Provide a high level of internal support by answering questions, providing stats, and analyzing usage data on a daily basis.
  • Assist in ad hoc reporting of usage stats, account information, and trials. Analyse current client data and usage to assist in optimization of accounts.
  • Identify areas for improvement/optimization of an existing client's use of our tool by analyzing usage data and account information; effectively present recommendations and assessment of impact using various mediums including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Coordinate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for global sales teams, including Sales and Customer Success, acting as the conduit between Operations and sales to ensure operational execution is aligned with desired outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal operations, technical, development, and other departments to assist internal sales and account management on Due diligence, Information Security, and Request for Information forms.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 3 to 5 years' experience providing support for clients and internal departments
  • 3 to 5 years' experience working with ticket management systems, such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Specialization not necessary, but analytical background a plus
  • Previous experience preferably within client support, internal support, and data analysis
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize, organize, and complete multiple projects/assignments simultaneously in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Proactive in problem solving with high level of critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels
  • Commitment to client care and problem resolution
  • Selfmotivated and able to work without close supervision, but comfortable working in a team.

The Sales Support Team works across internal departments to provide support to the sales organization and assists in acquisition of new business, and expansion of existing business, via the Proof-of-Concept process and daily support of account management.
