(a division of Brennan Paving) is one of the leading suppliers of Ready Mix Concrete in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area.

Sectors that we serve include Residential, Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial, and more. We are a proud piece of the Miller Concrete network of Plants throughout Southern Ontario.- As a Crusher Operator, You Will:

Safely and efficiently service and operate crushing equipment
Perform routine maintenance of machinery (some mechanical experience preferred)
Promote safety awareness; follow company policies & procedures, health, safety, and environmental
Act in accordance with OH&S Legislation & Practices
Perform general labor duties, such as shoveling in and around the belts and crusher
Travel with the portable crusher to assigned work locations
What You'll Bring:
Previous crushing experience considered an asset
Must have a valid G driver's license
Mechanically inclined, perform routine maintenance on equipment
Effective communication skills and be a team player
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
Capable of working independently when needed
Promoting a positive and safe work environment in a physically demanding and fast paced work environment
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
