One of Toronto's exciting Food manufacturing companies is expanding and is currently seeking a _
Bilingual Customer Service Representative_ to join our Customer Care Team team

Freshstone Brands Inc. ("FBI") is a premier manufacturer of high-quality prepared food products that services the retail, foodservice, and co-manufacturing channels.

FBI manufactures its products in 5 manufacturing plants which are strategically located across Canada, and geographic proximity to the US market.

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative assists the business to develop strong relationships with clients and customers. Representatives answer customer questions, help resolve problems, process refunds, and support the sales team.

Job Requirements:


  • Maintain all CSR documents on processes and customer nuances.
  • Maintain all 3rd party portals with updates, holiday delivery schedules and customer profiles.
  • Process consumer complaints, comments, follow up on pending credits/comments.
  • Coordinate confirmation of delivery with Logistics team re: new orders, changes, and samples.
  • Track and followup with orders with carriers and confirm delivery, informing customers of any delays.
  • Regularly update backup information/checklist on accounts and comments fields in Sales.
  • Print performance report and ensure information is accurate.
  • Fully cross train to support team on vacation/sick days.

Skills and Experience:


  • Must be fluent in both French & English, oral and written.
  • 1 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • 1 years' experience within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Detailoriented with a high standard of accuracy.
  • Excellent organization, time management and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams in a fastpaced environment.


This is a remote role, however there will be times when an office visit in Burlington and/or Etobicoke will be required.

The frequency of these visits will be determined based on work requirements.
