Salary:

Aurora Hydrogen is developing a novel hydrogen production technology with the potential to dramatically change the way hydrogen is used in everyday life. The technology uses efficient microwave energy to produce low-cost hydrogen and solid carbon from natural gas without using water or generating any CO2. Hydrogen production using Aurora's technology has the potential to reduce global CO2 emissions by over 900 million tonnes per year, and we're looking for passionate people to join us on this journey.


The Role:


  • Implement document management policies and procedures in line with guidelines.
  • Follow and improve document control procedures.
  • Implement systems to establish document management best practices across the project.
  • Coordinate with IT resources to ensure all document management systems and tools are identified, deployed, and maintained.
  • Ensure document security and access control.
  • Establish and deploy work processes and procedures related to project contract, submittals, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Identify document control issues and recommend further improvements.
  • Maintain the hardcopy filing system and ensure that electronic copies of all documentation are stored in the designated document management system.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuing of maintenance and turnover documentation.
  • Assist to standardize and maintain information metadata profiles and ensures all project staff are following the process.
  • Maintain a current awareness of document handling techniques and adheres to the Document Control Requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:


  • Certificate or Diploma in document/Records management, information management
  • Two years' experience in a document control role, an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing project documents using electronic document management system software such as OpenText, SharePoint or Aconex
  • Experienced about information security best practices
  • Knowledgeable in using Electronic Database Records Management Systems
  • Continual dedication to ongoing training and development
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a flexible attitude to accommodate the variable duties of the position
  • Ability to foster a positive and safe work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Open to learn and have a continuous improvement mindset
