Description
Record financial transactions. Record all financial transactions of a business including its expenses, sales and all cash flow.

Manage bank transactions. Ensure the information in financial records matches with the bank and income statements of a business.

Monitor accounts receivable and payable. Monitor and handle accounts receivable and accounts payable of a business.

Prepare financial reports and statements. Prepare financial statements and reports for different accounting periods.

Organize accounting tasks. Organize and streamline accounting tasks through various software and tools.
Qualifications
- 2+ year of accounting experience
- Sage 50 is a benefit
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Good judgment and the ability to express thoughts clearly and simply
- Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- Ability to multitask, manage tasks & deadlines.
- Able to work in a team environment, follow directions and work independently.
- Willing to work flexible hours when required eg. Coming in early, staying late.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, ON N5V 1Z3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
