Position Description:
The Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Clinical Coordinator (DIR CC) will lead best practices and flow initiatives to ensure efficient patient care. This role involves supporting quality and safety initiatives, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and streamlining patient journeys. Additionally, implementing care pathways and best practices to meet patient needs.
The DIR CC plays a key role in patient care processes and promoting a patient-centered approach at SickKids. Adaptability and effective management of changing healthcare environments are crucial in this position.

Here's What You'll Need:
- Five (5+) years nursing experience
- Imaging/Interventional Radiology and leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound judgement and critical thinking skills
