Why Your Role Matters

This opportunity is for a front-end supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

As a supervisor, you will also manage cash office duties, oversee store closing procedures, and handle challenging customer service scenarios. Our Store Colleagues are driven to provide an outstanding in-store shopping experience by offering quality products that cater to customers' needs for living well.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide excellent customer service by maintaining well-stocked store shelves and addressing customer requirements
Manage and replenish product displays according to company standards
Ensure accurate product scanning, monitor inventory levels, and assist with ordering processes
Implement company-directed promotions and initiatives
Maintaining department cleanliness and upholding health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Flexibility to work across various departments and shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Please keep in mind that the hiring range for this role is $16.75 - $18.00 per hour.
