Job description

We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to manage and scale multiple client accounts as we grow from 8 to 15+ accounts across the legal, medical, and entrepreneurial industries.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is operationally strong, performance-driven, and comfortable handling multiple accounts with structured systems.

Core Responsibilities

  • Full management of GoHighLevel CRM accounts
  • Funnel building and optimization
  • Automation setup (workflows, triggers, followups)
  • Pipeline configuration and lead management systems
  • Call tracking setup and reporting dashboards
  • Integrations (Zapier, webhooks, forms, thirdparty tools)
  • Campaign tracking, optimization, and performance reporting
  • Lead generation system structuring for legal, medical, and entrepreneurial niches
  • Ongoing optimization to improve CPL, conversion rates, showup rates, and ROI
Required Experience

  • Proven handson experience with GoHighLevel
  • Experience managing multiple GHL accounts simultaneously
  • Strong background in legal, medical, and/or entrepreneurial lead generation
  • Demonstrated results (CPL, ROI, show rates, conversion metrics)
  • Ability to build scalable systems and structured followup workflows
  • Strong understanding of paid ads integration (Meta, Google, etc.)

Compensation Details (Required in Application):

  • Preferred pricing model (hourly, per-account retainer, project-based, performance-based, or hybrid)
  • Current rates and what is included
  • Minimum commitments
  • Overage pricing
  • How pricing adjusts as account volume scales
  • Estimated hours required per account per month
  • What is considered outofscope
  • KPI benchmarks (if performancebased)
  • Contract terms, notice period, and payment terms
We are evaluating candidates based on operational structure, scalability, performance results, and long-term partnership alignment.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
