Couples Counsellor Needed in St. Clair Wellness Clinic


Yellow Gazebo Wellness is looking for a psychotherapist (RP) or social worker (MSW RSW) who works with couples to work 2-3 days a week, during the day and/or evenings.

We have 3 in-person counsellors at the moment, one of whom sees couples and is going on maternity leave in May.


Who we are:

Yellow Gazebo was started in St.

Clair West in 2012 by Richard Lobbenberg and his wife Rachel, and has grown to become the busiest multi-disciplinary clinic in the area, with 7 main disciplines and over 30 practitioners.

We offer chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, osteopathy, naturopathic medicine and (of course) counselling.

In 2022 we opened a second space right beside our original location, and last July moved our original location a block away.

So we now operate in two brand-new spaces just one block apart from each other.


What we are looking for:


You'll need to be a properly trained and qualified psychotherapist (RP) or social worker (MSW RSW) to provide treatment to our clients.

It will also help grow your practice if you are a motivated, ambitious person who is eager to expand.

Perhaps just as importantly, we are looking for someone who fits in well with our team.

We have a large group of diverse therapists at Yellow Gazebo, each of whom brings passion and incredible skill sets to the work they do.

We do not socialize much together as a team, but we enjoy each other's company and we do our best to be humble with each other so that we can encourage joy and healing for ourselves, our loved ones, and the community we serve.

What we can provide for you:

  • First-rate marketing. Aside from the full-time work we do on marketing, when it comes to counselling in particular we work with a company that we pay to drive us clients. It works quite well
  • Connection with other counsellors on the team who can meet to support each other.
  • All the admin support you need; with patients, invoicing, and anything else that supports you as a therapist.
  • Fair compensation (we offer a 60/40 split and currently charge $160 per hour for individuals and $200 for couples).
  • A telemedicine system and IT support.
