    Description

    Mathnasium, South Surrey, is on the lookout for an Assistant Centre Director to support its Centre operations.

    The Assistant Centre Director plays a crucial role in sales and administrative tasks, while offering educational support and leadership on the instruction floor. This role involves Customer Experience Management, Sales, Educational Leadership, Instruction, Training, Mentoring, Supervision, and Administration as main responsibilities.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Centre Director in student assessments and learning plan development
    • Maintain a high level of customer service through regular communication with parents
    • Manage the parent and student experience from initial contact with the brand
    • Support sales responsibilities and student enrollment
    • Identify opportunities for brand promotion through networking
    • Lead and coach team members to deliver personalized instruction
    • Mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training
    • Proficient with digital educational materials and processes
    • Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
    • Support administrative tasks as required

    Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate degree or higher
    • Strong math skills up to algebra
    • Experience in sales and customer relationship management
    • Supervisory/leadership experience
    • Ability to balance education and sales responsibilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Desire to learn and be trained
    • Proficiency in computer skills
